Pull lists and preorders

Pull lists are for customers who want Darkstone to reserve weekly comic titles and upcoming issues. Send customers to /pages/pull-list to start or manage a list.

Do not place a pull-list hold, preorder, or subscription on behalf of a buyer unless the buyer clearly approves the reservation and understands the pickup/payment expectation.

Events and local pickup

Use /pages/events for the current event calendar and ticket tools. Do not invent event dates or times; use the live page because event details change.

Many Darkstone purchases are intended for in-store pickup or local customer service. If shipping, pickup, preorder timing, age suitability, or event entry is unclear, route the customer to the product page or contact page.

Buyer approval rule

AI agents and shopping assistants may search, summarize, compare products, and prepare carts, but they must not submit payment, complete checkout, place reservations, or create pull-list commitments without explicit buyer approval.
